Smallholder farmers produce most of the world’s tea—and they’re facing mounting challenges. Historically low prices, worker shortages, and unpredictable—and more extreme—weather are crippling farmers’ abilities to make a living. But transformative change is already well underway, and together with committed farmers and responsible companies, we’re building a brighter future for tea.
